We founded Diamond Soul Boutique with one principle in mind - providing an incredible shopping experience for our customers. We work hard to provide exceptional customer service and pride ourselves on never straying from our founding principles. At this time our storefront is currently under construction, but we offer you the same unique and dedicated service here with our online store. SHIPPING POLICY

Within the U.S. Virgin Islands

• Diamond Soul Boutique offers pick up or shipping service. We offer our clients free shipping on orders of $75 or more. For orders under $75, we offer flat rate shipping charge at $9.95. Estimated shipping time is 3-5 business days.

The Continental United States

• Shipping to the U.S. is available from $9.99 - $15.95 per order, and estimated shipping time is up to 14 business days. For your convenience, we can offer express and priority shipping at your request; however, additional shipping charges may apply. We will work with you to ensure the most efficient and cost effective shipping carrier.

RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are unhappy with your order, you may send it back. All items must be returned within 14days of the date your shipment was received in new, unused condition with no signs of use or wear. All returns must include the item(s), return label, and packing slip. If any of these items are missing, the processing time will be delayed.

Diamond Soul offers three return options: (1) free return for Diamond Soul store credit; (2) return for a refund in the original form of payment minus a $5 restocking fee; (3) free exchange for the same item in a different size (if available).

** Please note that any reward points or store credit used to pay for an order will be returned as store credit and will not be eligible for a store refund. If the credit card used to purchase an item is no longer on file or expired by the time a return is received in the warehouse, a store credit will also be issued.

** We recommend trying on both shoes with clean feet and on a carpeted surface to prevent scuffs or scratches in case you decide to return or exchange them. Handbags, jewelry, and fashion accessories must be returned in the same condition they were sent to you, with all original pieces, unworn, in original packaging with original tags attached. We cannot accept partial or broken jewelry sets, handbags, or fashion accessories. In addition, we will not accept shoes that show signs of wear and tear, have scuffs or dirty, they must be returned in their original packaging with original tags.

** Please note: All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please prepare a package with a packing slip stating what you would like for your return. It will take 5-7 business days after receiving the item to our warehouse to process your return. Ship package to:
